Jealous much??

Okay, this post is directed at Misty. I made focaccia bread yesterday! It was so yummy!!! I made it the same as at the farmers market, with tomatoes, goat mozz, and fresh basil. My basil came out a bit crispy though. I think they may have sauteed theirs. I also added some fresh rosemary to the actual bread. OOh, it is good. For dinner last night, and I admit, for breakfast this morning, we had cheese raviolis, with tomato sauce, fresh mozz, and fresh basil with the focaccia bread. Good, Good, Good.

Tiff-
You are not helping me much with this diet I've been on for the past few months! Focaccia bread has got to be one of my all time favorites. I was dealing with it when you were just talking about it, but now you are waving this yummy looking photo under my nose. I may have to give in and make some also. That looks delicious.
Keep up the good work. I love watching you do all these neat things.

O.K. Tiff you know what this means. This is your new dish for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. We could also add Mothers Day, My Birthday, My Christmas Present, etc. Love, Mom.

We are having Niko's birthday party next weekend and he said as a present he wanted a loaf of bread all to himself.

Claudine, I'm sorry I;m not helping much with the diet. Aside from the focaccia everything I make I try to make with tons of whole grains so its kind of good? In fact, next time I make the focaccia I will make it with whole grains and see how it works. I don't think it will be as yummy though.

Well Tiff , it looks as if you will need a very large oven , I need to tell your mom, my daughter, that I was on the phone very early yesterday, uttering the very same words.

I could say first come first serve but I will not...oops ...just did.

much love

Now, now, ladies let's not fight...

I think there is going to be enough bread to go around.
